Sierra7 Welcomes Andrew Candreva as Senior Director of Capture
Falls Church, VA. February 7th, 2023 – Sierra7 is proud to announce the addition of Andrew Candreva as the company’s new Senior Director of Capture. Andrew has nearly 15 years of Business Development and Capture Management experience, winning an estimated combined total contract value of $800M+ across multiple government agencies supporting the federal health IT community.
As the Senior Director of Capture, Andrew will be a key asset in leading the development of winning capture strategies expanding and diversifying accounts that will contribute to the overall continued growth of Sierra7. Andrew will report to Chief Growth Officer, Gina Gallagher, who said,” We are delighted to have Andrew join our team as the new Senior Director of Capture. Andrew’s extensive industry background and demonstrated years of delivering quality service excellence enables him to make an immediate positive impact identifying and qualifying opportunities, expanding Sierra7 for many years to come.”

Before joining Sierra 7, Andrew supported growth initiatives at Halfaker & Associates, Favor TechConsulting, and SBG Technology Solutions. Andrew is Shipley certified in both Capture and Proposal Management with a career focus in Health IT contributing to Veterans Affairs T4NG, DHA, and HHS. Andrew lives in Charleston, South Carolina with his dog, Carmela.
