Sierra7’s hiring policy requires a minimum of 1 Veteran to be interviewed for every role that we have available. We partner with Recruit Military (preferred partner with DAV) to source Veteran talent, and we advertise regularly on Hire Veterans and on the LinkedIn Veteran page. We are a preferred employer with VR&E (VA’s Veteran Readiness & Employment) and attend all virtual and in-person job fairs. We also partner with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Military Spouse Fellowship Program (MSFP) to employ and support families of the military. Finally, all of our jobs are electronically fed through EQuest. EQuest is a job listing system that is managed federally as prescribed by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), part of the U.S. Department of Labor.
