Why I Chose Sierra7

I chose Sierra7 because of Rafael’s commitment to the growth and development of Sierra7’s employees. I was looking for a company that empowers and challenges its employees to be the best professionals they can.

Sierra7 is on its way to becoming an industry leader and I wanted to be part of this growth. I was incredibly impressed with the company’s mission to support the Veteran and the warfighter. This is exactly the type of a company I was looking for—a fast growing company where my experience and skills can be utilized, and where I can play a part in contributing to this growth.

Why I Chose Sierra7

The first time I met Rafael, I knew I wanted to be part of Sierra7. He did everything to make all employees feel valued and a part of the Sierra7 family. As a Veteran I truly appreciate the work that we do to serve current and former military members. Every day I strive to be part of that process and to represent Sierra7 in the best way possible.

Why I Chose Sierra7

I chose Sierra7 because of our growth trajectory and mission of “serving those who serve.” Sierra7 fosters an environment where employees are valued, and new ideas encouraged. Coming from a family of WWII Veterans, the opportunity to support our Veterans while at the same time doing something I love to help contribute to Sierra7’s growth made it the perfect fit.

Why I Chose Sierra7

I have been supporting VA and Defense Health for the last 25 years, so I wanted to find a place that shared my passion for our nation’s Servicemembers in uniform and for our Veterans, and I found that here at Sierra7. As a Service-Disabled Veteran himself, Rafael has created a corporate culture where we “treat others the way you want to be treated” – There is no better goal when serving war fighters and our Veterans, so I knew Sierra7 was the right place for me.
