Executive Leadership Team

Michael R. Agamir, Chief of Staff

As the Chief of Staff, Michael shapes Sierra7’s agenda and corporate focus to the furtherance of the CEO’s vision and intent.

He helps the company to pursue a unified set of business priorities set by the CEO by structuring leadership conversations and providing a decision framework for collective discussions and outcomes. Prior to joining Sierra7, Michael worked in the corporate finance and strategy office of Booz Allen Hamilton, with a focus on enabling data-driven decisions across the full set of company functions in operational and financial areas. Michael is a former US Marine Corps Officer with several combat deployments to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. He actively engages and supports the veteran community as well as the alumni association of the McDonough School of Business of Georgetown University.

Gina Gallagher Chief Growth Officer

As Chief Growth Officer, Gina will lead Sierra7’s business strategy and growth teams to ensure optimum client solutions and superior services to government agencies, strengthen our customer relationships, and support the continued expansion of Sierra7’s service to its clients.

Gina provides oversight and leadership direction for our business development activities as well as aspects of client delivery that support organic growth. She is responsible for the development of new business, market cultivation, product development, client experience, and internal alignment to achieve Sierra’s long term growth goals. Gina has over 30 years of business strategy, business development, and marketing experience having held numerous leadership and senior executive management positions in large to small-size companies in the federal market. Prior to joining Sierra7, Gina led several companies to deliver millions of dollars in revenue and manage sales teams to win new and organic growth opportunities on T4NG and other contract vehicles.

I joined Sierra7 for the opportunity to deliver exceptional services and solutions to VA and other government agencies through our existing contract vehicles. I was interested in being a part of our incredible growth trajectory while working alongside the rest of the leadership and management team to deliver our corporate goals.

Frank Rendon Chief Financial Officer and Contracts

As Sierra7’s Chief Financial Officer, Franks focuses on all financial aspects related to the development and execution of the company’s strategic direction and business growth.

He leads and develops Sierra7’s finance, accounting, pricing, forecasting, contracts, and IT corporate operations. Prior to joining Sierra7, Frank was the Financial Management Principal at Immersion Consulting, providing corporate leadership over all financial management program operations and business development activities; Frank was Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Advanced Technology Systems Company (ATSC), directing overall Business Operations, Business Development and Operational Programs; and lastly as Managing Director in Accenture’s Federal Finance and Enterprise Performance practice, Frank led the support for the Navy Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) efforts to improve financial processes and related financial data integrity. Frank proudly served 21 years in the U.S. Navy as a Supply Officer where he held a variety of financial management and logistics roles.

Tina Andrews VP of Health Services

AS VP of Health Services, Tina provides leadership to deliver medical revenue cycle management and national citizen engagement services for Sierra7.

Tina ensures that Sierra7 provides our clients with quality service that matters to their constituents. Prior to joining Sierra7, Tina served as the Chief Financial Officer for HMS Technologies and has over 20 years of extensive experience in accounting and cost management. She is also a Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) with a Master’s in Business and Healthcare Administration.

I have a nursing license and Master of Healthcare Administration and I was looking for an opportunity to utilize them. At Sierra7 I am able to contribute to the health and wellbeing of our Veteran population, which is near and dear to my heart because my husband is a Veteran and my daughter attends the United States Naval Academy. It is my chance to give back. Sierra7 being an SDVOSB stands behind the meaning of serving our Veterans and it is a mission that I want to remain a part of.

Darrell Heinrichs VP of Digital Services and Consulting

As Vice President of Digital Services and Consulting, Darrell Heinrichs oversees the progression of Sierra7’s contracts to ensure that our project teams implement strategies and policies that best meet the needs of our clients.

Darrell has 30 years of IT and consulting experience in project capture and execution supporting federal agencies including the Defense Health Agency and Department of Veterans Affairs. Darrell volunteers time in his community supporting organizations that provide jobs for adults with special needs.

I have been supporting VA and Defense Health for the last 25 years, so I wanted to find a place that shared my passion for our nation’s Servicemembers in uniform and for our Veterans, and I found that here at Sierra7. As a Service-Disabled Veteran himself, Rafael has created a corporate culture where we “treat others the way you want to be treated” – There is no better goal when serving war fighters and our Veterans, so I knew Sierra7 was the right place for me.

Dan Herlihy VP of Strategy and Growth

As the VP of Strategy and Growth, Dan is responsible for developing and executing Sierra7’s growth strategy.

Dan leverages his experience supporting VA, DoD, and Civil Health agencies to win and deliver contracts and task orders that grow our portfolio and expand our impact. Dan previously served as Director of Operations and then Director of Strategy and Growth at HMS Technologies before joining Sierra7. Prior to HMS, he was a Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton responsible for their Cyber Security Capability in the Health market. Dan proudly served 5 years in the U.S. Marine Corps as an Information Systems Management and Data Communications Officer.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with large and small businesses since serving in the Marine Corps. I have found the small business culture more rewarding in that I can have a personal relationship with the leadership team and directly impact the success of the business. As a Veteran, supporting an SDVOSB that is focused on VA and our Veteran community made Sierra7 a perfect fit.

Laurie Johnson, VP of People and Talent

As the VP of People and Talent, Laurie will lead in the areas of Talent Acquisition; Diversity, Inclusion, Equity & Enablement; Professional Development, Employee Relations, and Employee Engagement throughout the organization.

Laurie has a background of 25+ years of experience in all aspects of HR management with a focus on compliance, learning and leadership development, and talent management. She possesses a national certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resource Management, and a certification in transformation leadership. Over the last 10 years she led teams in the IT and consulting space.

As VP of Performance, Dana leads Sierra7’s initiatives in recognition as a high maturity, high performing organization that follows industry-leading best practices.

Dana has 25 years of experience as a leader with a record of building and directing high-performing teams, identifying and resolving deficiencies, developing and streamlining processes, and upholding impeccable quality standards. As a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Project Management Professional and Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence, she supports Sierra7 in continuous improvement and organizational maturity achievements. Dana supports various charity and veteran service organizations that offer programs to wounded veterans.

I initially was partnered with Sierra7 to support an organization-wide initiative and in that time, I was impressed at everyone’s passion in the mission of “Serving Those Who Serve”. Being from a multi-generational family of Veterans, it was touching to see the impacts of the work that Sierra7 delivers, due in part to that passion. I now get to be a part of that mission every day in the work that our teams accomplish.

Joanne Williams, VP of Accounting

As Vice President of Accounting, Joanne Williams oversees the daily operations of the accounting department, manages the preparation of all financial reports and prepares financial forecasts, budgets and proformas.

Joanne is responsible for the monthly and annual close of company financial records, providing variance analysis and developing GAAP accounting policies and procedures with the CFO. Joanne is a Certified Public and Management Accountant. Joanne proudly served 6 years in the U.S. Air Force as a Communication and Navigation Electronics Specialist.
