The Sierra7 Mission is “Serving Those Who Serve.” This dedication to our military service members and Veterans runs deep in our DNA. From our beginnings over a decade ago, to the present day, we have built our business around this culture. It not only guides how we strive for excellence in client service, but it is what has helped us attract such a strong workforce with a shared dedication to deliver excellence.

Sierra7’s values center around the Golden Rule to “Treat Others the Way You Want to be Treated.” These values inspired our founder, Rafael Fagundo, to start Sierra7 and guides our approach to client service and delivery. The Education Assistance and Professional Certification Program represents the Company’s commitment to the continuing education of our employees. Sierra7 recognizes its employees as vital resources whose talents and continuing development are critical to the success of the business. Sierra7 provides employees with $2,500 annually to invest in their professional development.
