Sierra7 Welcomes Susan Kemp as Director of Consulting and Analytics
Falls Church, VA. March 13th, 2023 – Sierra7 is proud to announce Susan Kemp as the company’s new Director of Consulting and Analytics. Susan has over 30 years of experience leading teams and advising the federal government and the private sector on strategic planning, organization assessments, process improvement, change management and communications, information systems, and management consulting-related challenges. Her experience includes program and project management, process improvement and CMMI high maturity initiatives, business process reengineering, human capital management, succession planning, capability gap assessment, supply chain systems modernization, systems implementation, and data management. Susan has a long and successful record of delivering innovative and impactful solutions that result in organizational transformation.
As the Director of Consulting and Analytics, Susan will lead Sierra7’s consulting division. She will focus on expanding client relationships and providing continuous support for Veterans Health Administration (VHA). Susan will also assist healthcare leaders in improving the management and control of their businesses through transparency, standardization, and accountability. “We are thrilled to have Susan join Sierra7,” said Gina Gallagher, Sierra7’s Chief Growth Officer. “Susan’s experience will be a great addition to our team as we continue to provide VHA with solutions that deliver positive, measurable results.”
