October 1, 2016. Sierra7 awarded Sierra7 the Southern Arizona Veterans Healthcare System – Medical Coding Services contract. In performance of this contract Sierra7 provides IP, OP, Surgical Coding, Internal and External Auditing for IP, OP and Surgical writing encounters.
