Sierra7, Inc., Program Manager, Penni Spriggs, Recognized by FedHealthIT as one of the 2022 Leading for Impact, Women in Leadership Award Winners

Falls Church, VA – 7 October 2022. Sierra7, Inc., Program Manager, Penni Spriggs, was recently announced as a recipient of the FedHealthIT 2022 Leading for Impact, Women in Leadership award. This award recognizes and celebrates women and their impactful leadership to drive technology innovations and modernization and business transformation, leading organizations and programs across the Federal Civilian, Health, and Military Health, Technology, and Consulting Communities. Nominated and selected by a panel of current and former Government and Industry leaders across the Federal IT sector, this award honors those who lead efforts and initiatives that will truly advance, enhance, and transform how federal agencies achieve their mission.

Penni Spriggs is an accomplished Program Manager and leader supporting the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs (VA). Her overall leadership and creativity encourages collaboration and teamwork to develop flexible and transformative IT solutions for VA across several task orders. Through Penni’s leadership, our teams can quickly adapt and respond to support internal VA employees, external stakeholders, and users. Her leadership in delivering innovative solutions enables VA to quickly scale internal capabilities to meet healthcare data needs and contingencies that serve the Veteran community.
