Sierra7 Named S. Texas Veterans Healthcare System Awardee

July 9, 2018. The Department of Veterans Affairs awarded Sierra7 the S. Texas Veterans Healthcare System – Medical Coding Services contract. In performance of this contract Sierra7 records documentation of outpatient, surgical, and inpatient care and services provided at four Veterans Affairs Healthcare Systems for the VISN and conducts coding audits of inpatient and outpatient encounters.
