Sierra7 Awarded 10 Year IHT IDIQ Contract with Veterans Health Administration

RESTON – April 1, 2020. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) issued Sierra7, Inc. an award onto the Integrated Healthcare Transformation (IHT) contract, a multi-award, ten-year, $1 billion indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Office of Healthcare Transformation designed the IDIQ to cover 36 task areas across three functional categories: Health System Transformation and Innovation, Implementation and Operations Support, and Healthcare Enabling Services. IHT provides the necessary support for VHA to complete an organizational transformation that will enable seamless, high‐quality, integrated, coordinated healthcare, anytime and anywhere.

VHA healthcare is a complex integrated system that is undergoing transformation in response to both the changing needs of the Veteran population and changes in the healthcare industry. “As the VA continues to improve, expand and enhance its portfolio of health services to ensure the care and wellbeing of our nation’s veterans, IHT provides all VHA programs and offices access to unparalleled healthcare-based consulting solutions and services from Sierra7 and our strategic partners,” said Richard Tucker, Sierra7’s Vice President of Client Services.
