In his new role, Kirthi will drive Sierra7’s technological vision, ensuring that innovation aligns with the company’s strategic objectives. He will focus on enhancing brand recognition, diversifying market representation, and increasing revenue through cutting-edge technology initiatives. With over 24 years of experience, Kirthi has a proven track record in leading large-scale technology transformations, business strategy, and stakeholder engagement. His previous roles include Chief Growth Officer at Customer Value Partners (CVP) and leadership roles at Lockheed Martin. Kirthi holds master’s degrees in industrial engineering and computer science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mysore. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Leadership of Greater Washington alum, Kirthi has also served on the Board of Directors for METAvivor Research and Support, Inc.
